Welcome to ghanacedisaver.com website, operated by OURGHANA.COM .This document governs your relationship with Ghana cedi saver.  By using this site, you assert your understanding of all the terms and conditions. You shall not use this website if you by any means cannot conform to these conditions. Ghana cedi saver retains the right to amend, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any given time. We hold the right to restrict access to some parts or this entire website for peculiar reasons. You should visit the page regularly to be abreast with current terms and conditions.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1.       Log on/ browse through our products and add to your shopping cart if you want to purchase it

2.        After adding items to your shopping cart and click "Proceed to checkout" from the cart page;

3.       Choose the payment method you like to use to pay for your order.

4.        You will have an opportunity to review your order before confirming. Click "Confirm Order".

5.       You will receive a confirmation email from us that your order has been received.

6.        Once your product is delivered to you, or you pick up from our head office, you will be required to make a cash payment/ in the case of a bank transactions the courier will present to you your pay slip/receipt


PAYMENT & DELIVERY

After confirmation of your order, payment can be made at the head office on pick up of the product or during delivery. Delivery by request would be made 12 to 48 hours after order within Accra-Tema. Charges may apply

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

Upon placement of an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from us within 12-24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, note that there may be a delay with your order. Contact us for assistance or enquiries. Cancellation of ordered product should be done within 24 hours of order placement. You will be charged for delivery costs if you make cancellation upon delivery

RETURN POLICY

If you find a product with defect or malfunctions after purchase, take the product to the head office within 48 hours or call our customer service for assistance.

The customer must come along with a valid proof of purchase slip and/or a warranty card. Replacement of product would be made with the exception of delivery charges.

 Within the duration of 14 days, products that malfunction will be substituted for repairs to be made, charges may apply.

Whiles we say that our customer services are impeccable; we leave that for you and everyone else to decide.

 


SECURITY

At Ghana cedi saver, we are devoted in ensuring that every piece of information you provide is secured. Our server is fully proofed with tools such as encryptions, password and physical security etc., so as to prevent any unauthorized access or disclosure of information. We also have in place virus protection mechanisms to detect and eradicate malicious code at critical points throughout the network and on all workstations, server and mobile computing devices on the network



ACCOUNT PROTECTION

You protect your account with your unique password, by disclosing your password with anyone, you will be responsible for all actions that follow in the name of your account. This may be subject to legal binding actions taken on your behalf, therefore, if your account is compromised or breached with any spoof emails report by contacting our customer service


Genuine Products with Warranty

We have in stock and deliver “Genuine, Brand New, original factory sealed products with Manufacturer’s Warranty”.

All products sold by Ghanacedi saver are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Any consumables such as Toner, Ink Cartridges, Ribbons, Media etc., are not covered under Warranty terms

The terms of warranty are governed by the manufacturer and Ghanacedi saver can act only and when such occurrences are reported to us by the customer.

All warranty claims addressed to the service center must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice/receipt

Please take note:  products sold by Ghanacedi saver are not covered by any verbal warranties

VAT

All products are VAT inclusive...

At Ghana cedi saver we provide third parties (product suppliers) the opportunity to sell their products using our platform

Please Note: To sell with Ghana cedi saver, you must own a legally registered business and must be able to guarantee supply of your wares at all times
